  Ulf Peter Hallberg, a Swedish writer based in Berlin, is the author of many books. Hallberg is also a prolific translator from German, French and English into Swedish, including Shakespeare, Molière, Walter Benjamin and Brecht. European Trash. Fourteen Ways to Remember a Father is his first book to be published in English, translated by Erland Anderson and Ingrid Cassady.
